eMeter develops your in-house ability to operate, maintain, and expand eMeter products with core and custom training courses. Training courses are offered at our dedicated training facility in San Mateo, or onsite at your location. Some of the courses are also available online, providing the excellence of our eMeter instruction from afar. eMeter Product Training has a modular structure, giving your personnel first the building blocks to allow for successful operation of eMeter products, and later imparting tools for more advanced use of eMeter EnergyIP™ and sophisticated applications.

Target Audiences for training in eMeter EnergyIP are End Users, System Administrators, and Solution Architects or Consultants. We recommend that End Users participate in courses directly before their intial live interaction with the product, or whenever their responsibilities expand to include more advanced uses of EnergyIP. Since qualified System Administrators are required at installations, we recommend that System Administrators enroll as soon as an active environment is available at their site, and that they participate in more advanced courses one to three months after going live.
