Planning begins with requirements definition and the design of core functionality to support basic synchronization, meter data processing, and billing activities. It also includes extensive process modeling to enable automation, increase efficiency, and streamline operations. We design the infrastructure with multi-path networks and redundant hardware to ensure reliability. And all eMeter deployments are based on industry standards, which reduce the risk of obsolescence and vendor lock-in.

Software installation focuses on resolving scalability, reliability, and security issues while integrating advanced metering networks to utility CIS, billing, and outage management systems. Installation also includes extensive testing. We design a test plan for integration testing, functional testing, acceptance testing, and user operational testing. Our test system fully duplicates the production system. eMeter is known for successful installation of large, complex projects.
