Customer Program Management
The Customer Program Management module supports customer web services and incentive programs such energy efficiency and demand response. It manages enrollment, customer premise equipment installation, and event tracking, monitoring and notification. It also integrates event processes with metering and billing functions, and supports call center activities related to program processes. Through the Customer Program module, EnergyIP™ can support a variety of programs including load control and curtailment, critical peak pricing, appliance, lighting replacement, and weatherization.
The EnergyIP data model delivers powerful and flexible customer relationship management (CRM) capabilities—accommodating multiple programs at a single service delivery point associated with a specific customer. All customer interactions are tracked and maintained, including audit and reporting capability.
