Shannon Amerman
Vice President-Services
Shannon Amerman is Vice President-Services, and responsible for eMeter’s product and services delivery and support. Mr. Amerman has over five years experience leading eMeter’s technical services group bringing to eMeter a diverse background involving product management and development, testing, and technical support.
Prior to joining eMeter Corporation, Mr. Amerman served as Sr. Program Lead for Cisco’s Global Quality & Environment Management Systems, deploying best practices and process improvement across business units and internationally. Previously, Mr. Amerman was Director of Engineering and Applications for Electronic Lighting Inc. (ELI), a designer and manufacturer of controllable lighting systems. Mr. Amerman was responsible for creating and managing the strategic direction for technical support, engineering, customer service and field applications including the successful launch and support of 15 products and major installations nationally.
Mr. Amerman graduated from California State University, Sacramento, with a B.S. in Electrical and Electronic Engineering.
