Leslie Wallace is Sr. Director of Human Resources of eMeter Corporation and handles the global human resources function. Ms. Wallace focuses her 18+ years of experience on creating and perpetuating an exciting, dynamic work experience for eMeter employees.
Ms. Wallace joined eMeter from Zend Technologies where she created the company’s global human resources department. Previously, Ms. Wallace was a Sr. HR business partner at Adobe Systems, providing coaching and guidance at the executive level, as well as support management development, organizational development, change management, talent review, and succession planning. Prior to Adobe, Ms. Wallace worked at Apple, Inc. as an HR business partner, and ran Wallace Consulting, providing HR expertise for high-technology start-ups, focusing on establishing policies, procedures, compensation structures, benefits, and legal compliance. Ms. Wallace has international business expertise, including work in India, the United Kingdom, Europe, China, Japan, and Israel.
