- eMeter provides medical, dental and vision coverage at no cost to the employee, and covers up to 70% of the cost for coverage of their dependants upon date of hire.
- The dental plan offers a PPO plan with a large network of providers. The dental plan has a $1,500 calendar year maximum in-network. This plan also offers an orthodontia lifetime benefit of $1,500 for children.
- Vision Plan- 1 exam per member per year, 1 set of lenses per year, discounts on Lasik, etc.

Time Off & Employee Services
- Accrue vacation time per pay period, up to 15 vacation days annually; after completing two years of service, employees will accrue 20 vacation days annually
